Brook on the Bench began as an idea: a peaceful retreat in Niagara wine country, built beside a living creek instead of a fence line. What followed was months of designing, renovating, and obsessing over every detail — the linens, the lighting, the sound of water outside your window.

We wanted a place where people slow down. Where mornings start with birdsong by the creek and evenings end under gazebo lights with a glass of local wine. Named for the brook that runs behind the property, Brook on the Bench is designed to feel like a boutique hotel, not a rental — thoughtful, warm, and quietly luxurious.
